As a licensed & insured design and build firm, we are your one-stop shop for all of your remodeling needs. Currently, we have three showrooms and plan to open more in the future. Our showrooms are located in Glenwood, Maryland; Millersville, Maryland; and Jupiter, Florida. Specifically, the showrooms aid the remodeling process in three distinct ways. Firstly, our clients come in and review our 3D renderings made by our designers using the 2020 Design Live Software. Next, we carry hundreds of samples of tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. so that you can find exactly what you want. Lastly, our showrooms serve as a gallery for you to explore with different kitchens and bathrooms for inspiration.

That being said, the combination of passion for design and build, combined with our founder’s 20 years of experience, has rewarded us some of the best customer service awards in the industry. Our success is directly dependent on years of dedication to excellence.

DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS

Each client is assigned a Designer, a Project Manager, and a Site Superintendent. This team works together to help guide our clients through the process of home remodeling. We work with your municipality to acquire the correct permits and follow all regulatory and building codes. We have a staff of skilled journeyman tradesmen who provide our clients with expert craftsmanship and outstanding relationships with many specialty tradesmen for those out of the box design elements.

OUR PROCESS

Free In-Home Consultation

The process begins with an in-depth consultation where one of our skilled designers will visit your home to gain a complete understanding of your vision, needs, and the specifics of your space. Measurements are taken with precision to ensure the accuracy of our plans.

Showroom Visit & Proposal

The second step is an invitation to one of our showrooms. The designer will present you with several 3D renderings of your proposed space. Afterward, you will be provided a proposal that outlines the scope of work, estimated costs, and project timeline

Pre-Con & Construction

After signing the agreement, you are designated a project manager who will oversee all aspects from start to finish. There will be a pre-construction meeting to discuss the project. The production team will order all of the necessary materials for your job. Once your materials arrive, your crew gets to work!

Completion & Final Payment

Upon project completion, we ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The final payment is due only when you're completely happy with the finished product. Our goal is to leave you with a space that you love and the peace of mind that comes with a job well done.

Blackstone Kitchen and Bath of Glenwood renovated our 30+ year old Hall Bathroom. The result is stunning, very usable, and ADA friendly. Majida listened to our particular needs and had a wonderful sense of color, texture and finish that brought everything into harmony. The installers for the tile, vanity, electrical, and glass were meticulous and the finished space is extremely well done. Alp ensured that the project was not finished until we were completely satisfied.

Blackstone delivered my dream kitchen. The remodel was no easy feat with removal of a load-bearing wall and reconfiguration of the cabinets, plumbing and gas to make best use of the space. I met with multiple contractors and selecting to work with Majida, Alp and the Blackstone Kitchen and Bath crew was the best decision I made. There were no unexpected costs added, they had great attention to detail when installing the cabinetry, they were always available to answer my questions, and the crew cleaned up after themselves every day and were friendly. It was a fantastic experience because of Blackstone Kitchen and Bath's white glove level of service.
